| Abstract: | The supervision engineer should correctly recognize his position in the supervisory work and make clearhis tasks in the management of demanding compensation. He can use his rights to deal with problems of demandingcompensation to handle and solve such kinds of problems in constructions fairly, promptly and objectively so as tosafeguard the legitimate economic profits of owners and contractors. |
