摘    要:相关的气瓶阀门规定指出,阀门密封面不允许发生塑性变形,但是在进行了4500多次超负荷的启闭试验后,即使阀瓣密封件产生了严重的塑性变形,气瓶阀仍然密封良好。因此,通过大量的试验。从理论上分析了气瓶阀阀瓣密封材料必然会产生塑性变形,也只有产生了塑性变形才能保证阀门实现气密封。

Abstract:Some anthoritative persons inland think the sealing surface of the valve isn't allowed to be plastic deformation;but we find the valve can remain in good sealing after excessive opening/closing test up to more than 4500 cycles even though the shutter sealer become plastic deformed seriously;In theory,the shutter sealing material of the cylinder valve becomes plastic deformed inevitably.It can ensure tightness only when the plastic deformation occurs.Test and research on the valve sealing make us leap in our understanding of sealing theory which should innovate and develop.
