摘    要:介绍11R22.5 16PR全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:轮胎外直径1 058 mm,轮胎断面宽286mm,行驶面宽度215 mm,行驶面弧度高7.2 mm,胎圈着合直径571 mm,胎圈着合宽度235 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)1.006,采用全天候花纹设计,花纹深度22 mm,花纹饱和度62.46%,花纹周节数59。施工设计:胎体采用3×0.24/9×0.225+0.15HT钢丝帘线,带束层采用4层3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线;采用两鼓一次法成型机成型,B型双模定型硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎充气外缘尺寸、强度性能和耐久性能均符合相应设计和国家标准要求,速度性能符合企业标准要求。

Abstract:The design of 11R22.5 16PR TBR tire was described.In structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 058 mm,cross sectional width 286 mm,width of running surface 215 mm,height of running surface 7.2 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 571 mm,bead width at rim seat 235 mm,cross-sectional level ratio(H1/H2) 1.006,with the design of all-season pattern,pattern depth 22 mm,block/groove ratio 62.46%,number of pattern pitch 59.In construction design,the following processes were taken:3×0.24/9×0.225+0.15HT steel cord for carcass ply,4 layers 3×0.20+6×0.35HT steel cord for belt ply;using double-drum single stage building machine to build tires,and using B-type double-mold curing press to cure tires.It was confirmed by the tests of finished tires that the inflated peripheral dimension,strength and endurance performance met the requirements in the design and national standard,and speed performance met the requirement in the enterprise standard.
