水平轴风力机叶片表面积灰厚度对三维气动特性影响的数值模拟

摘    要:采用数值模拟方法分析了叶片表面积灰厚度对风力机三维气动特性的影响。首先,采用CFD软件包FINETM-TURBO建立风力机的三维模型,模拟叶片表面光滑的情况下风力机的三维气动特性,并与文献实验数据进行比较,验证了该模型的有效性。然后模拟了积灰厚度变化对风力机三维气动特性的影响,得到了不同积灰厚度下叶片的压力分布、速度分布的变化。结果表明,叶片表面积灰厚度对风力机叶片气动特性有较大影响:随着积灰厚度的增加,叶片两侧大部分区域风速减小,气流运动无规律性增强,压力面与吸力面压差减小,风力机效率降低。
