压缩空气系统气动效率研究

摘    要:研究了驱动气动工具、气动元器件系统的压缩空气能量传递过程,结合PV图示方法进行了热力学分析,精确计算各种情况的压缩空气有效能量,给出一般动力压缩空气系统气动驱动效率。用PV图示直观展示系统气动能源效率状况,促进重视压缩空气系统节能工作,合理、高效地使用压缩空气。

Abstract:The compressed air energy transfer process for driver pneumatic tool and pneumatic component system was studied.Combined with the PV graphical method for thermodynamic analysis accurate calculation for kinds of compressed air energy and given the pneumatic driver efficient for general power of compressed air system.We can known the pneumatic system energy efficiency directly and promote the energy saving work,reasonable and efficient use of compressed air are important.
