R1270在家用空调中应用的性能对比试验研究

摘    要:对R1270和R22在家用空调中的制冷性能进行了对比试验研究,结果表明:在相同条件下,R1270和R22的系统制冷量基本相同,与R22制冷系统相比,R1270的能效比提高6.5%,充灌量下降了51%,压缩比下降27%。在满足制冷量的前提下,通过优化蒸发器,把蒸发器的管径从7mm变为5mm,并减少U型管数,改变流路布置,进行仅改变蒸发器的R1270样机试验,结果表明:R1270和R22的系统制冷量基本相同,R1270制冷系统的能效比为3.31,与R22制冷系统相比,能效比提高12.6%,充灌量下降了55%。这充分说明:在系统性能方面,R1270替代R22应用于家用空调中是基本可行的,同时也对R1270家用空调的安全性问题提出了一些建议。
