摘    要:余热排出泵是核电站中核岛安全停堆的重要保障,而轴承体又是余热排出泵的安全稳定运行的关键部件。应用传热学理论,分析了轴承体的受热状态,结果表明余热排出泵内高温流体的热量通过泵轴传递到轴承体,再加上轴承的高速旋转摩擦产生的热量,使轴承体的温度过高,影响轴承体的安全稳定运行,须采用循环水进行冷却。根据传热学和能量守恒原理,分析了循环冷却水量与出口水温的关系,为循环水量的确定提供了参考。

Abstract:Heat removal pump is important for nuclear power plant during its suspending period.And bearing body is the key components for the pumps to operate safely and stably.The heating status of bearing body were analyzed based on heat transfer theory.The results show that the heat quantity transferred from pump body to bearing body by the axis and the heat quantity generated from bearing high-speed rotating friction are both absorbed by bearing body,and the the temperature of bearing body is too high to run safel...
