桩端压力注浆桩技术

摘    要:桩端压力注浆桩是指灌注桩在成桩后,通过预埋在桩身的注浆管,压力作用,将能固化的浆液经桩端的预留压力注浆装置,均匀地注入桩端地支,以提高桩的承载力,并减小桩基沉降量。它是一种承载力高、适用范围广、施工方法灵活、效益显著和便于普及的桩型。

Abstract:Piling technology through base pressure grouting is operated as follows: After a pile is poured, continuously pouring cement grout into pipes embedded in the pile. The grout is then poured into earth through the device at pile end so that improve the earth bearing and minimize pile settlement. This is a low cost piling type providing higher load bearing, widely suitable for many cases, easy to handle and popularize.
