摘    要:研究了铁离子对H2O2氧化氯丙嗪的催化作用,并基于该反应体系的吸光度随时间变化出现的极大值与铁离子浓度成正比的关系,建立了一种测定痕量铁的新催化光度法。在1.6mol/I H2SO4、0.25mol/I H2O2、5nmol/I氯丙嗪(CPH)、350℃的条件下,方法的检测下限为Fe4ng/ml。对多种共存离子的干扰作了试验,I^-及NO2^-的干扰可分别用Ag^ 和SO3^2-来消除。该法应用于自来水、河水及雨水样品中铁的测定,获得较满意结果。

Abstract:A new kinetic method for sensitive and simple determination of iron has been developed on the basis of the iron-catalyzed redox reaction of chlorpromazine hydrochloride(CPH) with hydrogen peroxide. Under the condition of 1.6mol/l H2SO4, 0.25mol/l H2O2, 5mmol/l CPH and 35℃, the maximum absorbance(Amax) appeared on the absorbance versus time curve within 10 min after the reaction started. TheAmax was proportional to the concentration of iron and the detection limit of iron was about 4ng/ml. The interference of co-existing ions was investigated. The interference of iodide and nitrite can be eliminated by adding silver and sulfite ions, respectively. The present method was applied to the determination of the content of iron in river water, rain and tap water, with satisfied results.
