摘    要:计算机辅助设计对行波管的设计非常重要。本文首先利用微波管模拟器套件(MTSS)软件的高频电路模拟器模块计算得到行波管慢波结构的色散、耦合阻抗、衰减常数高频参数,然后运用其注波互作用模拟器模块仿真得到行波管输出功率,最后将仿真结果与样管实测功率进行比较,从而验证了MTSS软件的可靠性。

Abstract:Computer-aided design is very important for the design of traveling wave tubes.Dispersion,interaction impedance and attenuation of the slow wave structure of traveling wave tubes are calculated by high frequency circuit simulation module of microwave tube simulator suite(MTSS),and then,the output power of the traveling wave tube are simulated by its beam wave interaction simulator module.Simulations are compared with the practical measurement data of sample tubes and the results validate the reliability of the Microwave Tube Simulation Suite software.
