摘    要:梨形胀管器整形技术是一种高效率的套管修复技术,整形力的大小是工具优化设计和现场施工参数设计的重要依据。为此,在YAW-200压力试验机上对常用尺寸的油层套管进行压扁,然后由YS32-500型的四方柱万能液压试验机提供整形力,由小到大依次下入梨形胀管器对变形套管(C110)进行了3次膨胀整形,得到了不同尺寸梨形胀管器整形所需的整形力、梨形胀管器的磨损量、变形套管的回弹量的测试数据,进而对其测试结果进行分析和评价,找到了梨形胀管器外径与整形力、变形套管的回弹量、梨形胀管器的磨损量之间的关系。实验结果表明:梨形胀管器外径级差的合理性决定了整形力的大小、变形套管的回弹量、梨形胀管器的磨损量,同时,为了减少卡钻事故并兼顾整形效率,梨形胀管器的单次整形量不宜过大。该研究成果为优化梨形胀管器结构和整形施工参数提供了重要的实验数据。

Abstract:Pear shaped casing swage repair technology is highly efficient in repairing deformed casing and the value of repairing force is a very important parameter for designing and optimizing the casing swage and structure parameters. In view of this, the collapse experiments were performed on the YAW 200 pressure testing machine using one commonly used production casing and then the reshaping test of deformed casing (C110) was performed from small to large by using three pear shaped casing swages with different diameters. The universal YS32-500 hydraulic testing machine was used to provide the reshaping force in the repairing process. The reshaping force and wear extent of each pear shaped casing swage as well as the spring back value of deformed casing have been obtained by the above repairing tests. On this basis, through the analysis and evaluation of testing results, the correlation was made clear between reshaping force, spring back value of deformed casing as well as wear extent and the outside diameter of a pear shaped casing swage. The size of reshaping force, the spring back value of deformed casing and wear extent of the swage will be determined by the rationality of outside diameter differential of the pear shaped casing swage. Simultaneously, the repaired amount of deformed casing every time should not be too large for the sake of decreasing the drill pipe sticking accident and increasing the efficiency to repair deformed casing. The research results provide important experimental data for the optimization of tool structure and reshaping technological parameters.
