关于建立我国高速磁浮交通网络和磁浮工业体系的思考

摘    要:本文根据作者在上海磁浮列车示范运营线建设和国家“863”高速磁浮交通重大专项第一阶段研究工作的体会,从我国客运综合交通体系的整体性结构出发,根据高速磁浮交通系统的独有特点和我国交通工业现状,提出建设我国高速磁浮运输网络和发展磁浮工业体系的设想,以及提出了为实现上述目标进行体制、机制改革的设想。 研究认为,德国的TR磁浮交通系统在技术上是成熟、可靠的;经改进后,经济上亦是有可能逐步做到有竞争力;发展高速磁浮交通体系,还可能建立一个国际领先的磁浮工业体系。因此,从长远角度看,在中国应该发展高速磁浮交通系统。但是,磁浮体系的发展还需要一个逐步完善的过程。当前迫切需要的,是在上海线的基础上,建设一条300km左右的无锡-上海-杭州线。这是极其必要的,也是完全可行的。

Abstract:This paper is to present the author's experience in the construction of the Shanghai Maglev Operation-Demonstration Line and the research of the National 863 Major & Special High-Spend Maglev Transportation Project (Phase I). The author conceives the establishment of the High-Spend Maglev Transportation Network and the Maglev Industry System in China, with consideration of the integrity of Chinese passenger transportation network and based on the current states and characteristics of the High-Spend Maglev Transportation. A reformation suggestion of the development mechanism and system is proposed as well.It should be acknowledged that the technology of the TR Maglev Transportation System from German is mature and reliable and this system can be economically competitive after gradual improvements. It is possible to cultivate a Maglev Industry System with international superiority in China, by developing a High-Spend Maglev Transportation Network, In the longtime run, it is therefore suitable for China to develop a High-Spend Maglev Transportation Network. Since the Maglev System needs a gradual improvement, the urgent step, however, is to construct a Wuxi-Shanghai-Hangzhou Maglev Transportation Line with length of about 300 km, which is absolutely necessary and feasible.
