| 摘 要： | 国内外有关认知技能培训研究的基础上,提出了一套适合于核电站操纵员认知技能培训的程序和方法。该方法首先对核电站操纵员在日常操作以及事故操作过程中所需的重要认知技能进行了分析,然后针对这些认知技能,应用认知心理学,培训心理学等有关知识,提出了如何对核电站操纵员进行有效的认知技能培训。

| Abstract: | Based on the several past researches, a set of training ways to improve nuclear power plant operators' cognitive skills is proposed With such ways, first the cognitive skills needed in the routine operation and the emergency operation are listed. Then the effective corresponding training ways are developed for improving the listed operators'cognitive skills. |
