萃取提纯混合酯的工艺条件研究

摘    要:选择KAc溶液为萃取剂,研究混合酯的萃取脱水过程中萃取剂的浓度、萃取温度、萃取级数对萃取效果的影响。确定萃取操作条件为萃取液的浓度大于65%,萃取比为0.4:1,萃取温度为室温,采用两级逆流萃取;选择了K2CO3为中和剂。实验结果表明,盐溶液萃取可同时达到脱水脱权的目的,操作方便,工艺稳定。

Abstract:The dehydration of ester mixture by extraction process was studied. Based on the experiment, a new process for dehydrating the ester mixture with KAc as dehydrating agent and neutralizing the remained acid with K2C03 as neutralizer was presented. Also, the effects of extractant concentration, extraction temperature, extraction stages and extraction ratio on extraction efficiency were discussed . It is found that the perfered extraction conditions are with extractant concentraction more than 65 %, extraction ratio of 0.4: 1, extraction temperature at room temperature and two stages of extraction.
