摘    要:为了实现火炮内膛状态参数的自动化检测和高精度测量,提出基于激光非接触测量技术、激光准直技术和光电探测技术的方法,研制了火炮内膛状态参数自动采集系统,对系统的结构设计、检测原理及系统软件设计进行了深入的分析,实现了火炮身管内径尺寸和直线度的同时测量;运用该检测系统对某型自行火炮进行了内径和直线度的测量,实验证明,系统的分辨率达到0.005 mm,测量误差在0.01 mm之内,重复性误差小于0.005 mm,验证了检测系统的可行性.

Abstract:In order to realize high-precision automatic detection for the state parameters of gun bore,we proposed a method based on laser noncontact measurement,laser alignment and photo detection,and developed an automatic detecting system.Structural design,detecting principle and software design were analyzed deeply.The internal diameter and the straightness of gun barrel can be measured simultaneously.Experiments were performed on a certain type self-propelled gun.The results show that the system resolution can re...
