摘    要:困扰国内柴油共轨行业发展的主要原因之一是国产高压共轨产品喷油性能的一致性和稳定性问题。研究了喷油嘴、控制阀偶件(或孔板)、喷油器电磁阀、比例阀、溢流阀在共轨系统中的作用、关键性能检测方法和需要达到的指标。

Abstract:The main reason that besets the development of domestic diesel common rail industry is the consistency and stability of the fuel injection performance of domestic high-pressure common rail products. The role of injecting nozzles,control valve parts( or hole plates),solenoid valves,proportional valves and overflow valves in the common rail system,key performance detection methods and indicators to be achieved are studied.
