Abstract:After the excavation of the roadway, the surrounding rock is affected by mining, and the surrounding rock is damaged by the mineral pressure. The broken surrounding rock seriously threatens the safe production of coal mines. Grouting reinforcement is an effective means to eliminate the threat. The optimal ratio test was used to select the best ratio of the new inorganic grouting material. The grouting reinforcement mechanism, consolidation characteristics and flow time of the new grouting material were studied, and the application analysis of the new grouting material on-site reinforcement was carried out. The results show that: (1) The pores on the coal surface are filled with flocculent gel and hydration products, which improves the strength of the interface cementation, and enhances the integrity and compactness; (2) Consolidated coal has high compressive strength, which can reach 13.1 MPa when cured for 8 hours; (3) The grout can be evenly distributed between the stones and river sand, and the three are bonded together to play a role of reinforcement; (4) The deformation of the grouting-reinforced section is less than that of the unreinforced section. After injecting new inorganic grouting materials, the coal bearing capacity is improved, which has a good effect on maintaining the stability of the roadway.
