摘    要:控制阀作为共轨喷油器的零件一直占据重要地位,控制阀的开启、关闭特性影响着喷油器的性能,而控制阀的关闭特性对喷油器的稳定性及多次喷射产生较大影响.引入阻尼参数作为新的研究量,利用试验的方法对某型号喷油器进行不同控制阀阻尼参数的试验研究.试验结果表明:当控制阀阻尼间隙在0.08 mm以内时,喷油器多次喷射稳定性更好;当阻尼...

Abstract:Control valve is one of important parts in the common rail injector. The characteristics of opening delay and closing delay were analyzed. The results show that closing delay has a greater influence on the stability of the injector. It introduces a new research capacity-damping parameter. The analysis of different damping parameters of control valve on the common rail injector was studied with experimental method. The results show that the multi-injection has better stability when the damping clearance within 0. 08 mm. The fluid damping effect becomes large when the damping area increases. The characteristics of multi-injection have improved,and the time interval between pilot injection and main injection can achieve smaller range.
