摘    要:金属支架是地下空间围岩控制工程一种重要的支护材料,存在施工效率低、支架成本高、被动支护等缺点。对此,首先提出了弯管含压外扩理论,并推导了其数学表达式,指出弯管含压外扩力与弯管的曲率、有效灌注压力、弯管直径的平方呈正比;其次,结合现场灌注工艺和柔性软管的延伸特性,提出并定义了外扩式柔性支架的概念,设计其施工工艺,具有施工效率高、支护强度高、支护成本低、主动支护大等优势;最后,设计加工了柔性支架相似模拟试验台,测试柔性支架外扩成型最小灌注压力和主动支护垂向分力的数值,并推导了数学表达式,其试验数值基本与计算结果一致,验证了弯管含压外扩理论的合理性和外扩式柔性支架的可行性。

Abstract:Metal support is an important support material for underground space surrounding rock control engineering. It has the defects of low construction efficiency, high support cost, passive support and other defects. The mathematical expression of the theory of the pressure-filled elbow expansion (PFEE) is deduced. It is pointed out that the PFEE force is proportional to the curvature of the elbow, the effective perfusion pressure and the diameter of the elbow. Again, combined with the on-site pouring process and the extension mechanical characteristics of the flexible hose, the extended composite flexible support (ECFS) is proposed and defined, and its construction process is designed. It has the advantages of high construction efficiency, high support strength, low support cost, active support of surrounding rock and etc. Finally, the similarity simulation test bench on ECFS is designed and processed to test the minimum perfusion pressure and the value of the active support vertical component of the ECFS, and the mathematical expressions are derived. The test values are basically consistent with the calculated results, which verifies the PFEE theory and the feasibility of engineering application of the ECFS.
