Abstract:Catalytic gasoline particulate filter( c GPF) is one of the main technologies to meet the emission requirements of national standard 6 for gasoline vehicles. The difficulty in the application of c GPF is the durability of lubricating oil. It studies the durability of c GPF technology based on two different lubricating oil formulations after accelerated aging of engine,and carries out vehicle emission test. In order to simulate the thermal aging,ash content and soot loading at least equivalent to the level of 2 × 105 km,a set of accelerated aging method for engine was developed. After the durability test,the emission performance,exhaust back pressure,catalytic performance and overall performance of the engine were evaluated,and the two kinds of experimental lubricants showed high performance.
