| 摘 要： | 上海的近代混凝土结构历史建筑在我国具有典型代表性,深入了解这些历史建筑的结构体系、材料、构造等结构特征,对其可靠性鉴定与保护利用具有重要意义。基于108幢上海近代混凝土结构历史建筑的房屋检测结果,统计其典型结构特征,由于受到近代建筑材料、施工技术、设计水平等因素制约,加之服役时间较长、后期改建搭建等,较多混凝土结构近代建筑存在使用安全和耐久性问题,且较多近代建筑的抗震构造普遍达不到抗震鉴定标准的要求,应结合相关法律法规及保护要求进行处理。
