| 摘 要： | 文章通过正交实验考察和筛选得到了一种将A3钢除油除锈合二为一的较为理想的配方，该配方由无机酸、有机酸、络合剂、缓蚀剂、表面活性剂等物质组成，工艺具有常温、快速、高效、环保等特点。

| Abstract: | In the paper,the optimum formula combining oil and rust removing into one for steel A3 was obtained by orthogonal experiments.The formula was composed of inorganic acid,organic acid,complexing agent,Corrosion inhibitor,surface active agent etc.The technology had the features of operation in atmospheric temperature,high speed,high efficiency and environmental protection. |
