摘    要:由于城市轨道交通工程的发展,隧道和桥梁的建造数量也在增加。部分隧道、桥梁因为各种原因产生材料老化和结构损伤。芳纶纤维是良好的电绝缘体,更加适合修复地铁隧道等对电绝缘性要求较高的环境。依据日本混凝土结构加固用FRP(外黏纤维增强复合聚合物)片材试验规程JSCE 2001,采用双面剪切试验法研究了混凝土强度对AFRP(芳纶纤维)-混凝土界面性能的影响,得到了不同强度混凝土对AFRP-混凝土界面剥离承载力的影响,AFRP纤维片材表面应变分布情况,并对AFRP-混凝土界面黏结剪应力进行分析。

Abstract:With the development of urban rail transit projects,the number of tunnels and bridges is also increasing.Some tunnels and bridges have material aging and structural damage due to various reasons.Aramid fiber is a good electrical insulator,which is more suitable for repairing metro tunnels and other environments requiring high electrical insulation.The test of this paper is based on JSCE 2001.The effect of concrete strength on the interfacial performance between AFRP(aramid fiber)and concrete was studied by double shear test.The stripping bearing capacity between AFRP and concrete interface is obtained.Surface strain analysis of AFRP fiber sheet and shear stress analysis of AFRP-concrete interface under various loads is also obtained.
