| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了第三代篦冷机整体拆除更换为第四代中置辊式破碎机篦冷机的工艺调试实践，通过对固定床的调整解决了篦冷机堆雪人问题，通过对配料方案、燃烧器的调整解决了飞砂对窑系统稳定运行的影响。
