摘    要:在现状调研的基础上,研究了硅灰、水灰比、速凝剂以及纤维类型4种因素对砂浆性能的影响,并结合某圆形管廊工程案例,配制出强度满足该管廊壁厚的砂浆材料。结果表明,当砂浆强度达到69.8 MPa时,管廊的壁厚可以取到0.47 m左右,这可以作为该项案例的管廊破坏后壁厚的设计参考依据。

Abstract:Based on the investigation of the research status,the effects of four factors,such as silica fume,water-cement ratio,quick-setting agent and fiber type on the performance of mortar were studied,and a circular pipe gallery project was taken as the case to prepare the strength to meet the requirements.The results show that when the mortar strength reaches 69.8 MPa,the wall thickness of the pipe gallery could be about 0.47 m,which can be used as the reference for the design of the wall thickness after the destruction of the pipe gallery in this case.
