不同镀层产品的工艺性能与生产线设计

近20年来带钢连续热镀锌技术、装备以及相应的控制手段均得到了巨大发展,我国的镀锌产品已从单一的大锌花镀锌板发展到不同镀层产品,但是针对一些特殊镀层产品,我国尚处于研发阶段。因此结合国内外先进的热镀锌生产技术与生产线设计经验,探讨不同镀层产品的工艺性能与生产线设计具有重要意义。对不同镀层产品的化学成分、组织特点、物理性能及热浸镀工艺参数进行了对比分析;结合不同镀层元素的物理特性、氧化特性和与铁反应性对热浸镀过程的影响,以及镀层凝固特性对热浸镀工艺的要求,总结了不同镀层产品生产线实际参数设计,着重介绍了前处理设备、退火炉、锌锅、镀后冷却等关键设备选型配置。

Process performance and production line design of different coating products

In the past two decades, continuous hot-dip galvanizing technology, equipment and corresponding control methods of strip have been tremendously developed. Domestic galvanized products have developed from a single large spangle galvanized sheet to different coating products. For some special coating products, our country is still in the research and development stage. Therefore, based on the advanced hot-dip galvanizing production technology and production line design experience at home and abroad, it is of great significance to discuss the process performance and production line design of different coating products. The chemical composition, structure characteristic, physical property and hot-dip galvanizing process parameters of different coating products were compared and analyzed. Combined with the influence of physical property, oxidation property and reactivity with iron of different coating elements on the hot-dip galvanizing process, as well as the requirement of the coating solidification characteristic on the hot-dip galvanizing process, the actual parameter design for different coating product production lines was summarized. The selection and configuration of key equipment such as pretreatment equipment, annealing furnace, zinc pot, and post-plating cooling equipment were emphatically introduced.
