摘    要:针对首钢京唐1 580 mm生产线钢卷内塔缺陷问题,对热轧卷取机侧导板装置和夹送辊装置对内塔缺陷的影响进行了分析。结果表明:卷取机侧导板短行程动作时序不合理、侧导板开口度偏差大或不对中、侧导板装置不平行、夹送辊设备异常是造成内塔缺陷的主要原因。为此,通过对侧导板动作时序进行优化,对其平行度和开口度偏差进行调整,使侧导板装置的控制精度得到了显著的改善;同时,通过加强对夹送辊装置异常点的排查处理、制定更换周期、开发先进控制功能等措施,夹送辊装置的使用效果得到了明显的提高。通过上述措施,可将钢卷头部塔形控制在了50 mm以内,钢卷内塔缺陷产生的平整处理量由原来的每月约40卷,减少到目前每月7卷左右,减小了平整工序压力,保证了产品的交货期,减少了钢卷的切损量,降低了生产成本。

Abstract:In view of the inner telescopicity defect of coil in 1 580 mm production line of Shougang Jingtang, the influence of side guide device and pinch roll device of hot rolling coiler on inner telescopicity defect was analyzed.The results show that the unreasonable action sequence of the short stroke of the side guide plate of the coiler, the large deviation or misalignment of the opening degree of the side guide plate, the non-parallel equipment of the side guide plate and the abnormality of the pinch roll are the main reasons for this defect.Therefore, by optimizing the action sequence of the side guide plate and adjusting the deviation of its parallelism and opening degree, the control accuracy of the side guide plate device has been significantly improved.At the same time,the use of the pinch roll device has been significantly improved by taking measures such as strengthening the inspection and treatment of abnormal points of the pinch roll device, formulating replacement cycles, and developing advanced control functions.The inner telescopicity defect of the coil head can be controlled within 50 mm, and the leveling treatment volume caused by this defect is reduced from about 40 coils per month to about 7 coils per month at present, which reduces the pressure of the leveling process.The delivery time of the product is guaranteed, the cutting loss of the coil is reduced, and the production cost is reduced.
