摘    要:文章详细介绍了我国选煤厂在选煤工艺、选煤装备、建构筑物结构形式、产品装车形式、自动化、数字化、智能化水平等方面的发展现状,并预测了选煤厂未来的发展趋势:一是未来选煤厂技术改造会在动力煤选煤厂增加末煤系统、炼焦煤选煤厂增加三产品工艺以及选煤厂无泥化改造等方面发力|二是选煤厂设计会逐步推广BIM|三是选煤厂装备的着力点要在基础研究和智能化上|四是选煤厂的未来目标是无人化黑匣子工厂。

The current situation and future of CPP Design Under the new situation
Abstract:China strives to achieve carbon neutrality by 2060, and the coal industry aims to control coal, reduce carbon and improve energy efficiency. The coal preparation industry has also entered the era of stock economy. This paper introduces the development status of CPP in China in terms of coal preparation process, coal preparation equipment, structural form of buildings and structures, product loading form, automation, digitization and intelligent level, and forecasts the future development trend of coal preparation plants: first, the technical transformation of coal preparation plants in the future will increase the end coal system in power CPP,The coking CPP shall increase the three product process and the slimless transformation of the CPP; Second, BIM will be gradually promoted in the design of CPP; Third, the focus of CPP equipment should be on basic research and intelligence; Fourth, the future goal of the CPP is the unmanned black box plant.
