建设项目混凝土泵送全过程质量管理体系研究

针对建设项目混凝土泵送质量管理中存在的问题,以全过程质量管理理论为基础,将建设项目混凝土泵送质量管理分为准备、生产、运输和泵送4个阶段。结合混凝土泵送施工特点,基于人-机-料-法-环理论对各阶段影响混凝土泵送质量的因素进行分析,提出了混凝土泵送质量控制指标,构建了建设项目混凝土泵送全过程质量管理指标体系,为混凝土泵送质量管理提供了重要依据和参考。

Study on quality management system of concrete pumping process in construction project

Aimed at the quality management problems in the concrete pumping construction and based on the whole process quality management theory,the concrete quality management of pumping process is divided into four stages,preparation stage,production stage,transportation stage and pumping stage.Then combined with the characteristics of concrete pumping construction and based on the men-machine-material-method-environment theory,the factors affecting the concrete pumping quality at each stage is analyzed,the quality control indexes of concrete pumping are put forward,and the quality management index system of the whole process in concrete pumping construction is constructed,which will provide an important basis and reference for the quality management of concrete pumping.
