摘    要:针对冷轧连退炉内薄宽规格深冲带钢易出现褶皱缺陷的问题,分析了炉辊凸度对带钢褶皱缺陷的影响,通过带钢临界张力计算公式推导出了炉辊危险系数计算公式。结果表明:炉辊凸度越大,炉辊危险系数越大,带钢越易出现褶皱缺陷;经危险系数计算公式,可快速判断炉辊凸度值是否合理,将炉辊预判凸度值带入危险系数计算公式反复验证,可以快速获得合适的炉辊凸度值,避免褶皱缺陷的出现,提高了褶皱缺陷控制效率。

Abstract:In view of the problem of wrinkle defects of cold rolled thin and wide gauge deep-drawing strips in continuous annealing furnace, the influence of furnace roll crown on strip wrinkle defects was analyzed, and the furnace roll risk coefficient calculation formula was deduced through the calculation formula of strip critical tension. The results show that the greater the crown of the furnace roll, the greater the risk coefficient of the furnace roll, and the more prone to wrinkle defects of the strip. Through the calculation formula of the risk coefficient, it can be quickly judged whether the crown value of the furnace roll is reasonable. Bring the pre-judged crown value of the furnace roll into the risk coefficient calculation formula for repeated verification, the appropriate crown value of the furnace roll can be quickly obtained to avoid the appearance of wrinkle defects and improve the control efficiency of wrinkle defects.
