Abstract:In order to solve the problem of the lack of consideration of uncertain factors in the planning and operation of the user-side integrated energy system, this paper proposes a two-tier optimal configuration model. For this reason, the uncertainty of load, renewable energy power generation and energy prices is expressed in the form of interval numbers, with the annual investment cost and annual operating cost of the equipment as the target, and considering the impact of the fluctuation level of the operating cost, a consideration interval uncertainty is constructed. The two-level optimal configuration model of the user-side integrated energy system on the user side, the upper layer uses particle swarm optimization, the lower layer obtains the interval solution of the system operation through the interval linear programming method, and the optimal solution of the model is obtained through mutual iteration. Finally, a simulation example is carried out. The results show that the configuration of energy storage equipment in the user-side integrated energy system can reduce system cost fluctuations, and the impact of load uncertainty, energy price uncertainty and weight coefficients $ \lambda $ on energy equipment configuration capacity and system operating costs are compared and analyzed. The model can provide planning schemes for operators and has engineering practical significance.
