大掺量废弃花岗岩石粉对砂浆力学性能影响

摘    要:石材业的发展产生了大量废弃花岗岩石粉,由于各地废弃花岗岩石粉粒径和成分不尽相同,利用起来也很麻烦,而堆积的花岗岩石粉给环境带来了严重的污染,为了进一步利用花岗岩石粉制得性能优良的产品,研究花岗岩石粉掺量对砂浆力学性能影响规律。主要考虑了大掺量下花岗岩石粉掺量对砂浆力学性能影响规律,并将花岗岩石粉筛成>0.075 mm和<0.075 mm两部分做对比试验,研究不同粒径花岗岩石粉掺量对砂浆力学性能的影响。并利用碱激发原理,加入花岗岩石粉掺量3%的Ca(OH)2和水玻璃作激发剂使石粉在大量掺入的同时力学性能不会下降太多,实现大量使用废弃石粉的同时强度也不至于太低。

Abstract:The development of the stone industry has produced a large number of waste granite stone powder,due to waste stone powder the particle size and composition are not the same.The use is also very troublesome,and the accumulation of stone powder to the environment has brought pollution,in order to further use stone powder to produce good performance of the product,it studies the influence of stone powder doping on the mechanical properties of mortar law,mainly considering the large doping of stone powder doping on the mechanical properties of the mortar effect law,and stone powder sieve divided into the 0.075 mm and 0.075 mm parts were compared to study the changes in the mechanical properties of stone powder to the mortar.And the use of alkali excitation principle,add edgy 3%Ca(OH)2and water glass excitation so that stone powder in a large number of doped at the same time mechanical strength will not drop too much,to achieve a large number of the use of waste stone powder at the same time the strength can be higher.
