大掺量废弃花岗岩石粉对砂浆力学性能影响

石材业的发展产生了大量废弃花岗岩石粉,由于各地废弃花岗岩石粉粒径和成分不尽相同,利用起来也很麻烦,而堆积的花岗岩石粉给环境带来了严重的污染,为了进一步利用花岗岩石粉制得性能优良的产品,研究花岗岩石粉掺量对砂浆力学性能影响规律。主要考虑了大掺量下花岗岩石粉掺量对砂浆力学性能影响规律,并将花岗岩石粉筛成>0.075 mm和<0.075 mm两部分做对比试验,研究不同粒径花岗岩石粉掺量对砂浆力学性能的影响。并利用碱激发原理,加入花岗岩石粉掺量3%的Ca(OH)₂和水玻璃作激发剂使石粉在大量掺入的同时力学性能不会下降太多,实现大量使用废弃石粉的同时强度也不至于太低。
