Abstract:In the process of finite element analysis of honeycomb sandwich panels,in order to improve the efficiency of structural modeling and analysis,a parametric modeling and analysis module is developed based on finite element software,which can complete modeling,analysis,verification and post-processing of honeycomb structures,and make the finite element analysis process of honeycomb structure more streamlined and efficient.On this basis,with the goal of weight loss and structural strength as the constraint condition,the optimization design for the size parameter of honeycomb structure is finished based on MATLAB by using genetic algorithm,penalty function method and pattern searching method.The results show that the developed parametric modeling and optimization design module can greatly improve the optimization design efficiency of the honeycomb structure.
