半干法脱硫工艺在催化裂化装置中的应用

摘    要:介绍半干法脱硫工艺首次在清江石化50万t/a重油催化裂化装置上的使用情况,结果表明,在保持原加工能力及相近工况下,半干法脱硫工艺可以将烟气中硫含量降至10 mg/m3以下,达到国家标准(低于100 mg/m3),同时还有助于降低催化烟气中的氮氧化物含量,对再生器流化、三剂旋风分离器和烟机运行无影响,取得了一定的工业应用效果。

Abstract:This paper introduces the application of semidry desulfurization process in the 0.5 Mt/a heavy oil catalytic cracking unit of Qingjiang Petrochemical Company for the first time. The results show that the semi-dry desulfurization process can reduce the sulfur content in flue gas to below 10 mg/m3 and reach the national standard which is below 100 mg/m3 while maintaining the original processing capacity and similar working conditions. It can also help to reduce the nitrogen oxide content in catalytic flue gas and has no effect on regenerator fluidization, three-agent cyclone separator and flue gas machine operation. This has achieved certain industrial application effect.
