数字孪生技术在智能轧钢车间的应用与探索

摘    要:针对当前我国钢铁生产智能化建设,对数字孪生技术在轧钢车间的应用进行了探索,分析了智能轧钢过程的数字孪生系统体系架构;提出了建立基于数字孪生的智能轧钢车间参考模型、设备互联信息模型、工艺流程信息模型及组织性能控制模型。介绍了智能轧钢车间可以达到的效果:实现工艺智能设计,使生产成本降低5%~10%,订单交付速度提升10%~15%;实现生产计划智能管理,解决客户个性化小批量需求与大生产之间的矛盾;实现轧材质量智能管控,使成材率提升3%~6%;实现设备在线智能诊断,使设备有效作业率达5%~10%。最后指出:构建轧钢车间数字孪生模型存在很多难点,各轧钢企业智能感知、智能装备及智能物流等技术的发展水平不同,企业要从自身实际出发,认真梳理企业经营、生产计划,工艺控制,设备运维,质量检测,物流配送等各个环节智能化体系方面的问题,确定可行的数字孪生项目,才能实现轧钢车间各工序智能化、精细化的业务管理,提升劳动生产率。

Abstract:Aiming at the current intelligent construction of iron and steel production in China, the application of digital twin technology in steel rolling workshop was explored, and the architecture of digital twin system in intelligent steel rolling process was analyzed. The establishment of reference model, equipment interconnection information model, process information model microstructure and properties control model of intelligent steel rolling workshop based on digital twin were put forward. The effects could be achieved in the intelligent steel rolling workshop were introduced, such as realizing the intelligent process design, reducing the production cost by 5%-10%, and increasing the order delivery speed by 10%-15%. The intelligent management of production plan was realized and the contradiction between customers′ personalized small batch demand and large-scale production was solved. The intelligent control of rolling quality was realized and the yield was increased by 3%-6%. On-line intelligent diagnosis of equipment was realized, so that the effective operation rate of equipment reached 5%-10%. Finally, it was pointed out that there were many difficulties in constructing the digital twin model of steel rolling workshop. At the same time, the development levels of intelligent perception, intelligent equipment and intelligent logistics technology of steel rolling enterprises were different. Enterprises should carefully sort out the problems in the intelligent system of enterprise operation, production planning, process control, equipment operation and maintenance, quality inspection, logistics distribution and other links from their own reality. The feasible digital twin project should be detemined,so that the intelligent and refined business management of each process in the steel rolling workshop could be realized,and the productvity could be improved.
