摘    要:金属材料在力学和电化学作用下会产生应力腐蚀开裂缺陷,给石油天然气行业带来巨大的安全威胁。目前国内外关于应力腐蚀开裂的研究较多,但内容和结论具有特异性,不能形成体系。为解决这一问题,对近年来国内外在应力腐蚀开裂的机理、研究方法及影响因素等方面进行总结分析,并对油气管道行业防范应力腐蚀问题进行了探讨。

Abstract:Stress corrosion cracking defects may occur on metal materials under mechanical stress and electrochemical action, posing a huge safety threat to oil and gas industry. At present, there are many studies on stress corrosion cracking at home and abroad, but the contents and conclusions are specific, so it is difficult to form a theoretical system. In order to solve this problem, this paper summarizes and discusses the mechanism, research methods and influencing factors of stress corrosion cracking at home and abroad in recent years, and treats of the prevention of stress corrosion in oil and gas pipeline industry.
