对马克思主义管理性质理论的再认识

马克思主义管理性质理论即二重性理论,是建立社会主义市场经济体制下有中国特色企业管理的理论基础。但我国管理学界一般把其概括为自然属性和社会属性。其实马克思主义管理二重性是指“管理的一般职能”与“资本的特殊职能”取得的“特殊性质”之间的关系,是共性与个性的关系。管理的共性不仅局限于自然属性,管理的社会属性中也包含着共性,这正是我们向西方企业管理学习和借鉴的方面,也是我们学习二重性理论现实意义的关键之处。
