| 摘 要： | 素质教育是一个系统工程，在实施的过程中，如何提高学生的素质，培养和发展学生的能力，是我们每个教育工作需要研究和解决的课题。本通过对体育教学与素质教育的阐述，探讨在素质教育前提下，体育教学的特征，进而深化对素质教育的认识，以达到实施有真实意义的素质教育的目的。

The paper, while expounding PE education and quality education, discusses the features of PE in terms of quality education so as to acquire a deeper understanding and achieve the objective of quality education in the real sense. |
