| 摘 要： | 针对龙凤热电厂锅炉燃用渣油和天然气价格逐年上涨问题,将燃油锅炉改造为燃用煤粉的立式旋风炉.阐述了立式旋风炉的工作原理、锅炉蒸发量和蒸汽参数的稳定问题,以及锅炉积灰和环保问题的处理,解决了油改煤工程设计、施工和投运中的许多难题,为龙凤热电厂带来了较大的经济效益和社会效益.

| Abstract: | Focusing on the price rising every year for the boiler in Longfeng Thermal Power Plant to combust residual oil and natural gas, the oil -fired boiler was changed into a pulverized coal fired vertical cyclone furnace boiler. Some problems, such as the mechanism of vertical cyclone furnace boiler, boiler rating, steam parameter stability, and boiler ash deposition, environment protection as well, were discussed, lots of problems during design, construction and operation were solved, which makes significant economy and society benefit. |
