摘    要:攀成钢炼铁厂3号高炉进行钒钛矿冶炼工业性试验,在渣中TiO2达到15%后发生重大炉况失常。在经过处理炉缸和炉墙粘结两个阶段后,高炉逐步恢复正常,为攀成钢大规模进行钒钛矿冶炼提供了宝贵的经验。

Abstract:The industrial experiments of smelting vanadium titanium magnetite have been taken in No. 3 blast furnace, in which great operating disorder occured when the TiO2 content riching 15%, However the No. 3 BF have been gradually recovered oafter the two stayes of dealing with the furnace hearth and furnace wall. The result pionded Pangang Chengdu Iron & Steel Co. Itd. with experence of smelting vanadium titanium magnetite in lavge-scale.
