摘    要:研制了一种狭缝式磁流变液流变性能测试系统,该系统包括压力与流量输出装置、隔离不同介质的液压缸和狭缝式测试仪.该系统的主要特点是动力源采用与被测试液体不同的工作介质,可以提供精确的压力源,并可用较少的磁流变液完成此种磁流变液的性能测试,还可以方便地实现不同类型磁流变液的更换.通过对已知性能的磁流变液的测定,证明该测试系统具有较高的测试精度.

Abstract:The experiment system using narrow gap rheometer for MRF was developed, the system is constituted of the output device for pressure and flow, cylinder which separated two kinds of fluids and narrow gap rheometer. The main characteristic of the system is two kinds of working fluid mediams are used in pressure resource and narrow gap rheometer, the system can provide the precision pressure resource, little tested MRF can be used in this system, and it is easy to change different tested MRF. Through the testing of known characteristic MRF, it is approved that the experiment system has better performance.
