云南某高硫铁铅锌矿工艺矿物学研究

摘    要:利用矿物定量解离系统(MLA)对云南某高硫铁铅锌矿矿石进行了工艺矿物学研究,查清了矿石的物质组成和赋存状态,着重研究了铅、锌、铁的矿物组成、粒级组成、嵌布特征、矿物单体解离等工艺性质。原矿中金属矿物主要为黄铁矿、闪锌矿、方铅矿;非金属矿物主要为白云石,少量石英、云母。最后阐述了影响铅锌选矿指标的矿物学因素。

Research on Process Mineralogy of a Lead - Zinc Ore of High Pyrite in Yunnan

Abstract:The research on process mineralogy of a lead - zinc ore of high pyrite in Yunnan is done by Mineral Liberation Analy- zer, the mineral composition and occurrence of the ore is investigated ; the research is focuses on the following technologic properties, such as the mineral composition of lead, zinc, iron, grain size distribution, dissemination and liberation characteristics, and so on. The mainly me- tallic minerals in raw ore are pyrite, sphalerite, galena; the mainly nonmetallic minerals are dolomite, a few quartz and mica. Finally, the mineralogy factors which can effect on benefieiation targets of this ore are stated.
