摘    要:介绍了一种氯化法生产钛白粉过程中的三废处理技术。并结合工艺本身的特点,综合利用含高浓度CO的尾气蒸发废水获得二水氯化钙副产品,以及对废渣进行分离回收TiO2和石油焦的综合利用循环经济丁艺措施。

Abstract:A type of processing technology, for the three wastes cff titanium dioxide production by chlorination process is intro- duced in this paper. Combined with the characteristics of the process itself, the offgas with high concentration of CO can be used to evaporate waste water and get the by - product of calcium chloride dihydrate. The circulating economic measures for separating and recovering of TiO, and coke from the waste residue are suggested.
