青海某铁矿选矿工艺设计

摘    要:针对青海某铁矿,通过对矿石工艺矿物学、选矿试验的研究,结果表明:矿石中的磁铁矿嵌布粒度很细,磨矿细度需达到92%-500目,方可得到品位60%的铁精矿,属于难选矿石。根据选矿试验确定了设计合理的选矿工艺流程,对工艺设计研究进行了综合论述。

Abstract:The results of process mineralogy study and beneficiation test for an iron ore in Qinghai show that the dissemination size of magnetite in the ore is very fine, the iron concentrate with 60% iron grade can be get only if the grinding fineness reaches 92% -500 mesh, this iron ore belongs to refractory ore. The appropriately designed beneficiation process flow is confirmed on the basis of mineral dress- ing experiment and the process design research is discussed comprehensively.
