摘    要:以粉末压片方法自制样品,采用荷兰帕纳科Axios—PW4400型波长色散X射线荧光光谱仪一次测定氧化锌粉中的锌、铁、硫、铜、铅5种元素含量。试验测定结果与常规化学分析方法测定结果一致。分析结果准确、快速,成本低,适合湿法炼锌工艺系统中连续生产需要。

Abstract:The contents of Zn, Fe, S, Cu, Pb in zinc oxide powder were determined by Axios - PW4400 XRF spectrometer u- sing pressed powder samples. The determination result is consistent with the result of conventional chemical analysis method. The analysis method is accurate, rapid, low cost, which is suitable for the continuous production requirements in zinc hydrometallurgy process system.
