无大电解电容的大功率LED驱动电源的设计

摘    要:为了提高LED驱动电源的寿命,必须去掉大电解电容。基于PFC(功率因数校正)芯片L6561,设计了一种采用反激式变换器构成的无大电解电容的大功率LED驱动电源,取消了传统电源中的PFC电路,去掉了限制电源寿命的大电解电容,大大简化了电路,在提高工作效率及可靠性的同时,降低了生产成本。测试结果表明,系统在输入电压变化时,可实现恒流恒压输出。

Abstract:The limiting life of electrolytic capacitors greatly limits the life span of the LED drive power supply, so they need to be removed. Based on power factor correction (PFC) chip L6561, a kind of high power LED driver power supply using flyback converter without large electrolytic capacitors was designed. And also it canceled the traditional PFC circuit of power supply, so the circuit structure was greatly simplified, and both the efficiency and reliability were improved, while the production cost was reduced. The experimental results show that the system can realize constant current and constant voltage output when the input voltage changes.
