摘 要: | 针对目前国内开幅机自动化程度较低的现状,提出了一种基于CCD识别标定漏针缝与PID控制伞架电机的自动视觉对线开幅方法。采用CCD相机拍摄织物图像,由计算机识别、定位漏针缝。根据漏针缝与剖布刀的偏移方位与大小,由PID控制器调整伞架旋转方向与速度,纠正漏针缝与剖布刀的偏移量,以保证沿漏针缝剖分织物。Matlab仿真表明,该系统能实时检测漏针缝并控制伞架旋转速度,响应速度快,检测精度高,可靠性好,取得了良好的控制效果。

Research on an Automatic Visual On-Line Open-Width Method Based on CCD and PID |

Abstract: | Since the current automation level of the domestic open-width machine is relatively low,an automatic visual on-line open-width method is proposed to recognize and calibrate the drop stitches based on CCD and control the motor based on PID automatically.The fabric images are collected by CCD camera,and the position of drop stitches is recognized and calibrated by computer.According to the orientation and the size of offset between current drop stitches and cutting cloth knife,the rotation direction and speed of the umbrella stand and the offset are corrected by PID controller,which ensures that the cutting cloth knife splits the fabric along the drop stitches.The Matlab simulation results show that the system can real-time detect the drop stitches,and control the direction and speed of the umbrella stand.It has the advantages of fast response,high accuracy,good reliability and effect. |
