| 摘 要： | 因为油分离器结构设计存在的不合理,导致冷冻机润滑油不能彻底分离,进而影响了机组致冷能力和装置的运行。通过对冷冻机润滑油分离器原因分析并对其进行改造,使润滑油得以彻底分离,机组致冷量达到设计要求并以满负荷运行,保证了装置的运行。

| Abstract: | Because of the unreasonable structure design of oil separator, the refrigerant compressor oil can′t be completely separated, adversely affecting the refrigeration ability and the plant operation. By the analysis of the separator of the refrigerant compressor and the revamping, the lubricant is completely separated, the coldness generated by refrigerant compressor reach the designed value and operates at full load, ensuring stable operation of the plant. |
