摘    要:随着数控技术的发展,先进的数控系统不仅向用户提供了一般的准备功能和辅助功能,而且为用户提供了扩展数控功能和手段。在全国数控大赛试题中就有一些孔或轮廓在边缘进行倒圆角或倒圆,在有限的时间内要编制出程序,相对而言使用系统的宏程序编程,并运用运算指令进行各种运算来实现程序的编制,会使加工程序更简单更便于理解。

Abstract:As the development of the numerical control technology, the advanced numerical control system not only offers the preparation of general functions and auxiliary functions. It also offers a means of expanding functions and measures. In the NC tests of the national competition, there are some edges of holes and outline needed to be inverted fillet or inverted round.To compile procedures in the limited available time, using the macro-programming system and operational instructions to process a variety of computing procedures ,will simplify the establishment of process and make it easily comprehensible.
