蜗舌间隙及蜗舌倾角对离心风机旋转噪声影响的实验研究

摘    要:详细研究了蜗舌与叶轮之间间隙和蜗舌倾角对后的向型离心风机旋转噪场的影响,并使用正交设计的方法求出了实验数据的回归方程,分析了实验结果,得到如下结论①增加蜗舌倾角和间隙可以有效降低风机的旋转噪声,而风机的气动力性能不变。②对于一给定的蜗舌倾角或蜗舌间隙可以得到两参数的最佳组合使风机的旋转噪声降致最低。

Abstract:The influence of the clearance between blade tip and cutoff and the angle of inclinationof cutoff on the cutoff noise of a backward centrifugal fan is studied and the method oforthognal design is used for analysing the experimental result.By this experiment a regressionequation is abtained which describes the relationship of the cutoff noise reduction with thecutoff clearance and the angle of inclination of cutoff Meanwhile following conclusions are ob-tained.(1) Properly selecting the cutoff clearance and the angle of inclination of cutoff,thecutoff noise of a fan can be reduced effectively while as the fan performance and efficiency re-main unchanged.(2) For a given cutoff clearance or a given angle of cutoff inclination anoptimum combination can be found so that the fan can run at the lowest cutoff noise.
